Porto Heli is only 2 hours away by car from Athens, while it is connected by boat with the port of Peireus, Poros, Hydra, and Spetses on almost hourly basis. It combines the magnificent landscape with the high quality tourist services and also, the intense archaelogical interest that nearby Mycines, Nafplion and the impressive ancient theatre of Epidavros, offer.
A boat trip to the surrounding area of Porto Heli enables the visitor to discover the unique small harbors of Hinitsa, Kostoula and Aghios Aimilianos, in additio the long coastline of Petrothalassa, Korakia and Ververonda.
Porto Heli as a reference point, provides all the facilities of a modern commercial centre which offers a wide range of options. Its traditional cafes and restaurants serve pure and fresh local products, with the famous olive oil of Kranidi and Hermione to be on the top of the list. Needless to say, the cosmopolitan island of Spetses has been historically a timeless value and a hot spot for the youth and its nightlife.
Last, because of its infrastructure, Hermionida (the wider area of Porto Heli), can be also perceived as a permanent residency, since it hosts a Town Hall, a Police Station, a Coast Guard office, a Town Planning office, a Fire Station and a fully equipped Medical Centre.
